Information you may provide
The Quick Leak Check may ask for your name, contact details, company information, and answers about your sales process. Calendly may collect the details needed to schedule a meeting.
How it is used
Your information is used to calculate and deliver your Leak Check result, notify James of your request, provide relevant follow-up, and arrange a meeting when you ask for one. It is not sold.
Services involved
The diagnostic and follow-up process may use Cloudflare, Google Workspace, email services, and Calendly. Those providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices.
Your choices
You can stop non-essential follow-up at any time, ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing jamesneilen25@gmail.com.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver requested results, manage follow-up or an active engagement, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable obligations.
